Delivery and Pickups

Delivery and pick-ups times are from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Other times can be arranged (but may incur a higher delivery fee). Someone must be home the day of delivery unless otherwise organised directly with Brad.

Delivery Distances:

We are based in Prestons in Sydney’s South West. Due to Sydney’s growing population and traffic we now have to charge a little extra for longer distances. Our standard delivery range is 30 kilometres from our factory. Once outside that 30-kilometre area we charge $44.00 for every 10 kilometres thereafter. Out of Sydney deliveries are possible and prices are price on application. We use Google to check the distance to travel.

Upon Delivery:

Upon delivery of our products, we will inspect the area and set up the product as close to the area as possible that you require it.  If you, our client is not home when delivery occurs then the product may not be installed. Please advise us if you can’t be home so we can make suitable arrangements.
